Mark of the Century
[edit]This articles says that both Ablett (in 1994) and Jesaulenko (1970) took the 'Mark of the Century'? This doesn't make sense, unless of course they were awarded as joint winners. Which won is it? Or is this just the subjective opinions of editors (if so this needs to be removed of course) Teiresias84 07:50, 13 July 2006 (UTC)
- The answer is that there has never been an "offical" award called "Mark of the Century", it is just the claim of media commentators. As a result, personal opinion tends to differ. Some say Ablett, some say Smith and others say Jezza. Until an actual award is given there is no real consensus. --Rulesfan (talk) 05:12, 6 May 2008 (UTC)
- Then should they not be removed, as they are opinion and not scientific facts. As per WP:NPOV we need to keep a neutral point of view, opinions are an individuals point of view, and will be different from person to person. Rexfan2 (talk) 03:19, 5 March 2009 (UTC)

[edit]Why is the centre bounce being called a mark? Looks like some clever iamge manipulation to me!

Why is 'Carlton Football Club's Brendan Fevola' wearing a Collingwood jumper? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.114.164.131 (talk) 23:46, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
- It is not a Collingwood jumper, it is one of Carlton's clash strips and is primarily white with a navy blue trim. --Rulesfan (talk) 14:00, 30 October 2008 (UTC)
