Copy/Paste?
I've wikify'ed the article, but it seems to me like the page was copy/pasted here, thus the lack of wiki formatting. Someone please verify and fix if necessary. 165.230.46.155 18:36, 28 September 2006 (UTC)
- It looks like a press release job to me now - it should be remembered that Wikipedia is not an advertising outlet, and articles need to be neutral. There's some useful information in there, but it's way, way too much of a "Look how great we are!" piece. --Mike 20:43, 28 September 2006 (UTC)
- I deleted the article per speedy deletion criteria G11 as a blatant advertising page. A complete rewrite from scratch would be best. Cowman109Talk 01:55, 6 October 2006 (UTC)
- As suggested on my talk page, I restored the article and reverted to the September 14th version to work from there. Cowman109Talk 02:32, 6 October 2006 (UTC)
- Yeah, a total deletion was a bit much as the page existed beforehand. There was useful information in the addenda which could be used as a source for a less breathlessly advertising-related version, but I'm not sure I have the strength to do that rewrite. --Mike 06:34, 6 October 2006 (UTC)
Partially undeleted
There were some old pre-spam revisions. - crz crztalk 21:38, 2 January 2007 (UTC)
Book on Specalized Stumpjumper
Sorry, I'm a newbie. I know there's a way to add items such as a book as additional reference material but can't figure out where the directions are to add this item.
Book title: Stumpjumer 25 Years of Mountain Biking Author: Mark Riedy
A definitaive book on Specialized company beginnings and history of the Stumpjumper from first production mtn. bike to almost icon status.
The book can be a very good resource to fill in Specialized company history as well.

Hardtails?
Is there a reason not to mention Specialized's hardtail MTBs such as the Hardrock or Rockhopper? The Stumpjumper is also available as a hardtail not just as a full suspension.76.16.78.28 20:00, 18 July 2007 (UTC)
Old Photograph
The photograph of the Enduro is the 2004 model quite different from the 2008 model and so should be dated.Kwenchin (talk) 18:44, 23 January 2008 (UTC)
Incomplete
This is a very small section of the full range of bikes. Someone want to complete it? Stevage 13:56, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
- Why not just reference Specialized's page? Why duplicate their product listing? 137.71.23.54 (talk) 20:20, 9 May 2008 (UTC)
