incrimination
[edit]I have a recollection from back in the 70's of the expression "A special defense of Aliter" being used in the context of a Special Defence of Incrimination. (I was reminded of this while watching the US TV show "The Thing about Pam" where the lawyer wanted to use such a defense but was disallowed by the Judge)
I mention this here to see if anyone else can confirm that this was indeed a term used in Scottish courts? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.124.38.160 (talk) 19:11, 26 March 2022 (UTC)
