Carrots

[edit]

I've had a ton of Mexican rice over the years, and it has often not contained carrots. I've also made a lot of it, and steamed it rather than roasting it in a pan.rich 10:43, 25 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Recipe

[edit]

Recipes belong over on Wikibooks:Cookbook - they are specifically excluded from Wikipedia (see WP:ISNOT#HOWTO) and should be transwikied to the Cookbook. Would there be much left of this article once the recipe was moved? FlagSteward 19:34, 26 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Cooked or dry?

[edit]

Quote: Mexican rice is white rice roasted in a skillet with garlic and onions until light brown' ... would that be cooked rice or dry rice? Thanks, Maikel (talk) 08:56, 10 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
