Fair use rationale for Image:Tacdclogo.jpg

Image:Tacdclogo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

For-profit status

Can the editor(s) who are changing this article to say that this university is a non-profit please provide evidence or a rationale for this change? The U.S. Department of Education currently classifies the university as a for-profit (https://nces.ed.gov/collegenavigator/?id=104188, https://nces.ed.gov/collegenavigator/?id=402776) so assertions to the contrary must be supported by evidence. The link you provided above https://nces.ed.gov/collegenavigator/?id=104188 does classify this university as 4-year, Private not-for-profit.

Thanks. It looks the institution is still working through this process as ED still classifies the Albuquerque campus as for-profit. I've noted the transition and the different status of the two campuses in the article; we'll probably need to update this when this discrepancy is resolved. ElKevbo (talk) 21:45, 11 April 2020 (UTC)
