[edit]I'm perplexed by the phrase it is suggested that the line runs from Suffern, New York northwest to Buffalo, New York

I think the actual state of affairs is that NS owns the line between Buffalo and Binghamton, the Central New York Railroad has leased Binghamton-Port Jervis from NS, and the Metro-North Railroad owns Port Jervis-Suffern. Mackensen (talk) 11:56, 2 April 2024 (UTC)
