I would propose that the first sentence in the Criticism subheading is irrelevant to the discussion of SCAG, and more a discussion on transportation planning in general (pro suburbanization versus pro "smart Growth." In addition, with the current federal policies (2009) proposing high speed rail, the argument that SCAG is still pursuing it is moot. 64.161.191.145 (talk) 21:32, 1 May 2009 (UTC)
