BLP reminder

I've restored the article to one compliant with both WP:BLP and WP:V. This is not to say that negative content cannot be included in the article, but it needs to be verifiable through the inclusion of reliable sources and with the appropriate weight afforded to it. Also a reminder that in the case of non-public individuals, be very cautious in including any names or personally identifying information.
