Sorry I don’t know how to edit. But all the characters are named after the pogues? No they aren’t. It’s pretty simple to see they aren’t. And the song If I Should Fall isn’t much more popular than a lot of their other songs. Arguably it is mostly a fan favorite but so are so many others. Fairytale in New York was their actual biggest hit. Making such a connection is at best tentative if not just a wishful fancy of whoever made that claim.
