1) it's probably the most important incubator in czech republic (http://www.czechinvest.org/en/incubators) 2) it has helped to created at least one bigger company (y soft, as mentioned in the article) 3) the article is a mere translation of the article from czech wikipedia

The article can be changed but I dont see how the SIC is irrelevant or why the article is bad. Thanks.
