Argument against speedy deletion

Notability
[edit]The conference was mentioned in enough Southeast Asian news outlets to merit an article, in my opinion. See [2]. However the article is kind of a mess and could use a rewrite. XXX antiuser 20:11, 13 August 2009 (UTC)
