Inconsistency regarding demographics of the district

The infobox presently indicates that the district is 67.1% white, while the last line of the introduction section says that the district is "more than 69% white." The discrepancy leads me to wonder if all of the census-derived data needs to be updated / checked. Leaving this here in the hope that a South Carolina / census specialist finds it.
