It's great to see so much work having been put into this page. So far as readability goes, it would be really useful to reduce the number of headings and sub-headings in the table of contents. A guide could be around 6 major headings, each with 4 or 5 subheadings. Wikidea13:24, 17 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
The legal terms need to be clearly defined or explained or linked to an article that does so. Wikipedia is intended for laymen, not for legal professionals who know what these terms mean or have access to a legal dictionary. Mike Hayes (talk) 19:52, 30 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
