For now, yes. They were different enough for the SAR to group them in different subclasses, with differences in braking and other internal systems, bogie design and more. Even after the recent upgradings that were done to both series 1 and series 2, they still look different today. I'm still looking for sources to use to update the articles with this type of information - WP:NOR, you know. André Kritzinger 13:01, 10 March 2012 (UTC)
