There seems to be no evidence in the literature for Sophiornis being related to Strigogyps, as I have checked all the papers cited in that article, and none of them assign it to Strigiformes or the Sophiornithidae. If there are references that support this then they should be referenced as well. If this is based on original research then it shouldn't be included until it is published.
