Portrait of Sophie Eckhardt-Gramatté

[edit]

Hello,

On the articles about Sophie Carmen Eckhardt-Gramatté in English, in French and in Deutsch, there's a portrait of Sophie Carmen by Walter Gramatté. But this painting is an art work and is not very realistic. It doesn't really represent Sophie Carmen Eckhardt-Gramatté. So I think it would be better to put a photo of Sophie Carmen Eckhardt-Gramatté instead of this painting. Do you agree with me ? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.243.236.99 (talk) 07:59, 14 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

hyphen in Sophie-Carmen

[edit]

The balance of the evidence I have available is that Sophie-Carmen needs a hyphen. (Currently it has one in the page text, just not the title.) Can anyone confirm which is correct? And can we change it if it's wrong? It's embarassing to have a typo in the page name. JBritnell (talk) 03:46, 25 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The Eckhardt-Gramatté Foundation does NOT hyphenate "Sophie Carmen". Also, on the sheet music I've been able to track down, she is shown as "S. C. Eckhardt-Gramatté", suggesting her forenames are separate and not hyphenated. -- Jack of Oz [pleasantries] 01:16, 9 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
