Are we sure this is the title?

[edit]

Re-reading the wording in the article cited, I'm not sure if we should be jumping to conclusions about the new album title. Casale said (exact quote), "Regardless of the final title it will be 'Fresh!'" not "Regardless, the final title will be 'Fresh!'". You could interpret that he's saying the album title will be new, and he makes reference to the song "Fresh" in the process. Just thought I'd put that out there until we've confirmed it. I am very much in agreement. I am tired of seeing the title Fresh bandied about on Wikipedia as if it's a fait accompli. If the album is released with a different title, a new page will have to be created for it. The Keymaster (talk) 16:28, 8 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fresh (Devo album)2010 Devo album — Fresh is not the offcial title for this album yet. PinkFunhouse13 (talk) 19:48, 7 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for doing it correctly.
Agree: Since there is no name given to the album yet, I have nothing against moving this page. --NuclearVacuum (talk) 19:55, 7 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Potential release date

[edit]

Jerry says June 15th. Someone who knows how to correctly cite a video please add this. --173.54.2.56 (talk) 20:14, 18 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Sexy Girl citation

[edit]

I must question the validity of the source identifying the cover girl as "sexy." This connotes she is erotically pleasing or stimulating to a viewer, which is clearly subjective in nature. The "sexy" designation, if it is to remain, must be accompanied by a source detailing the objective standards of beauty represented by said model. 71.130.203.170 (talk) 22:24, 16 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This assumption has come from a official Devo T-Shirt available on their online store which specifically refers to her as a 'sexy girl' or more specifically, a 'sexy candy dome girl'. http://store.clubdevo.com/store/product/sexy-girl-t-shirt/?cmpid=0500410/devo/sexygirl/thegoods No third party is going to refer to this in any other way so it might as well stay as it is the best description of what the album cover is depicting. --Lakeyboy (talk) 08:09, 17 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
