More bridges?

[edit]

This bridge and The Causeway are hardly the only bridges in Bermuda, as a glance at the map will show. New articles on bridges are needed, and perhaps someone living in Bermuda could help.--Dthomsen8 (talk) 21:15, 12 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Width of gap

[edit]

An article published in the Travel section of the BBC's website on 26 Apr 2018 [1] lists the width of the gap as 56cm; this would be about 22 inches, 10 inches shorter than the width currently listed in this article. It is difficult to determine the correct width from the picture, but it would appear to support the shorter measurement. (A photograph in the BBC article shows a passing moped straddling the plank easily.) Atlas Obscura also supports 22 inches, and a tourism site, Bermuda4U, gives the width as 18 inches. This might require a local correspondent to take a tape measure to the site. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.138.174.145 (talk) 20:33, 28 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
