Instrumental versions in movies
Perhaps a decision was made not to mention movies that used instrumental versions because of the difficulty of coming up with a reasonably complete list. Regardless, it seems to me a huge omission to neglect pointing out its use in Woody Allen's "Manhattan." Because it is an iconic film about ~the~ iconic American city and using iconic American music so prominently, an article about this song with no mention of that particular use of it is incomplete, to say the least.98.69.177.161 (talk) 00:34, 11 November 2011 (UTC)
- I'm not sure about that. As a jazz standard, it's used everywhere. Viriditas (talk) 00:45, 11 March 2015 (UTC)
Coleman Hawkins
I have a Gerswhin compilation set with a version by Coleman Hawkins and his Orchestra, not mentioned in the list. The compilation is called "The ultimate Gershwin" — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.20.235.221 (talk) 00:50, 14 May 2012 (UTC)
