Not capitalizing "over" is correct. WP:NC says not to capitalize prepositions,conjunctions and articles. "Over" is a preposition. Therefore,I have moved the page back to the title with "over" not capitalized. XxJoshuaxX (talk) 21:37, 20 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, grammatically it is correct to capitalize "over". Look up phrasal verb. In literature, etc., it is normal to capitalize phrasal verbs (e.g. "turn off", "jump on", "watch over").--Wolfer68 (talk) 04:36, 4 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
