Som, ex Fulton, Prototype of Plunger-Class-submarines

There must be a mistake. When the Fulton was built in 1904 as prototype for later Plunger class submarines, why the Plungers were already built in 1901? Look at Wiki for USS Plunger (SS-2). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_Plunger_(SS-2) 2k11m1 (talk) 14:26, 28 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
