[edit]I deleted "chairman of the United Nations General Assembly in 2004" because it's simply not true. In this year Bulgaria was a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council and Passy chaired a couple of UNSC meetings ex officio. --Vladko 17:15, 7 February 2006 (UTC)
