Financial Aid Exception
[edit]There is some indication of dubious accuracy that the exception for financial aid (and related administrative costs) has been recently or may soon be repealed. I can't find any reliable information; anyone with reliable information to the contrary should correct the appropriate section and cite their source(s).--Nuncio 10:38, 16 October 2005 (UTC)
Constitutional Challenge Section
[edit]It seems unnecessarily redundant to put the section on the constitutional challenge in when the same information is available in a separate article devoted exclusively to the Rumsfeld v. FAIR case. I think this section should be deleted or dramatically shortened to provide a link and brief summary. The section also fails to specify the ruling of the court and appears to me to be borderline not NPOV. -- Nuncio 23:09, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
NYLS Policy
[edit]The article says that New York Law School doesn't let military recruiters on campus, but their website says otherwise. I haven't done the research into the other two schools mentioned, or any other schools that might disallow recruiting, but something's up here. — mlc 18:04, 11 November 2007 (UTC)
