Request for Assistance: Neutralizing Promotional Tone

I recently published the article Soft Power of India in Africa. Despite multiple attempts to address the "promotional tone" issue, I’ve been unable to resolve it entirely. Could someone please assist me in removing any promotional language and ensuring the article adheres to Wikipedia's standards?
The message currently on the article reads:
"This article contains text that is written in a promotional tone. Please help improve it by removing promotional language and inappropriate external links, and by adding encyclopedic text written from a neutral point of view. (August 2024) (Learn how and when to remove this message)"
