Effectivity, Eczema

Hi, yes maybe but as title reads "Plain Water Baths as Effective as Bleach Baths for Eczema" for eczema only. Since you did not sign this comment, I don't know from when it was posted and need to check with main article. I will not include it, just one source isn't enough. It should be done in a quality way.
