This is a short note to acknowledge and call attention to the fact that I have used two (uncontroversial) sources that I myself produced in the footnotes here. The first is the text of the 1917 Spargo resolution (published in 2007, before I even came over to Wikipedia), and the second, a quick reference to my Early American Marxism website to footnote a Socialist Party membership vote count. Both are accurate.
