This page gets it wrong a bit. What's described is the North American version, which didn't come out until 1989. Cover art is though for the 1988 issue. The original includes "Words into Action" instead of "Where Is the Love". The latter was a single in 1989 and after that the album was reissued in Europe, with that track change & issued for te first time in USA & Canada (wih new cover art).
