"Crime" section
[edit]The entire "crime" section is just WP:SYNTH, so I removed it. [1] article is 10 years old, and states that a single guy who lived in Sneedville was caught with drugs in a different town. None of the articles support the assertion that "Sneedville and Hancock County have garnered a reputation for being a hotspot for drug trafficking, production, and distribution, with methamphetamine, oxycodone, and opioids causing a significant impact in the community." Former name?
[edit]I've heard in the past that the town was once titled "Chuckville". Does anybody know anything about this? Is it true or is it just nonsense? I've also heard that it was a hotspot for brothels. TheGrassWhistle (talk) 23:27, 24 June 2024 (UTC)
- Nope. Shearonink (talk) 00:39, 25 June 2024 (UTC)
