Introduction is missing an actual explanation
[edit]I find in medical articles, it would be very helpful if the introduction actually explained what a condition entails and how severe it is, rather than only describing how it is usually identified (In this case by the "snapping" sound). Since I lack any background in medicine, I would not dare to touch the article, but I hope that someone will be able to correct this. Dominik Seifert (talk) 12:11, 7 September 2010 (UTC)
