There is an address issue with this house. It is listed by NRHP and MACRIS at 142 Argilla Road. However, it is unclear if the house at that address (screened by trees) actually matches the photos in the nomination. The Ipswich Historic Commission speculate that the house may be at 155 Argilla (on the wrong side of the road from the map in the nomination); I suspect it is more likely to be the house at 168 Argilla Road (Ipswich Historical Commission page), also a "Smith" house, and NRHP and MACRIS have the address wrong; that house IMHO matches the images in the NRHP papers and the Ipswich Commission documents (in particular the front portico), and is at about the right location for the sketch map in the nomination.
