Talk:Small Order Execution System

From the current Wikipedia article (05/07/2006 0700 EDT):
-- "There are several restrictions for those who use SOES, rather than a traditional Electronic Communication Network (ECN), to place their orders.
[...]
2. SOES doesn't not allow trades in stocks that are trading at prices greater than $250 per share." --
I'm curious if this portion is accurate, as it does not reflect a "restriction":
"SOES doesn't not allow"
It would seem to make more sense to say:
"SOES doesn't disallow trades in stocks [...]"
4
I've researched SOES to a point, and have not yet been able to determine if SOES does or does not allow for trades of stocks priced at $250 or greater.
