Wholesale removal of citations and categories is not acceptable editing practice and further such edits will be considered vandalism. I've clicked through each source and they all still work (even if one is archived; this is not unusual). I like to assume good faith. Based on behavior I can only guess that someone is here to do something OTHER than build an encyclopedia. BusterD (talk) 15:49, 14 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
To the editor that keeps reverting to non-relevant content
Removal of citations when not pertinent to the content is acceptable practice as is removal of in-article external links. I assume good faith on your behalf and I will allow this version to remain because it's simply not worth the effort to make it correct. Based on behavior combined with action, I can only guess that something else non-constructive is at play here. Jyork23 (talk) 18:02, 14 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I have repaired the link to the last citation, which had misdirected over time. All three citations are from reliable sources independent of the subject, and they each directly detail some aspect of the subject mentioned in text. Since at least three editors disagree with the blankings, User:Jyork23 should get consensus before removing this material again. When Wikipedians disagree we don't merely quote rules, we discuss to find a solution which meets those rules and the need to build an online encyclopedia based on sources.
