Great site everyone

i love sly cooper and am glad he gets his own page. Thank you everyone.

Title Picture

I know its a sort of silly reason, but I replaced the top picture of Sly with a much better official design of him. I just think the other one was really, really ugly. ^^; He looks a bit disturbed in it. I don't want to remove anyone's picture so I just moved it down to biography. If someone else feels taking it off in general or replacing it would be fine know that I have no argument. --Kiyosuki 09:36, 14 December 2005 (UTC)

These pictures need some serious work. It seems that somebody simply Google Image Searched for "sly cooper" and related terms and pasted the results into Wikipedia. I've marked them as unverified or unknown if I could find the source, but this may need some hatchet work. Nightwatch 02:15, 24 Jan 2005 (UTC)

If anybody knows the names of Sly's Indian ancestor and the inventor of the time freeze move in the first game, add them to the list of Sly's ancestors. With those two, I think the list will be complete. Jaybenad 00:05, 7 December 2005 (UTC)

Hero or antihero?

Would Sly be categorized as a hero or an antihero? See Shadow the Hedgehog. Alex 17:18, 11 April 2006 (UTC)

Sly would probably be categorized as a hero, since he only steals to help the good similar to Robin Hood. (Though sometimes, he keeps some for himself.) TrapStilton 17:11, 19 April 2006 (UTC)

An anti-hero is defined as one who lacks the characteristics of a hero, usually used for comic foray (in classical literature at least). Therefore, he'd be a hero (since if he was the antihero, who would the hero of the story be?).

well i reckon he's more of an Anti-Hero (see Anti-Hero) look it up and you'll see what i mean.

Reducing the size of this page

This page seems, presently, to be a cumulation of everything about the Sly Cooper universe, and not just the character itself. While I'm aware that the purported Sly 4 for the PS3 is right now vaporware and may not be happening, I helped to create Sly Cooper (series) as a gathering point for all the basic information in the Sly Cooper series. I suggest that we may want to trim this page down to only be about Sly Cooper the character similar to pages for Bentley and Murray, and all other information moved to the series page noted about. All the extra character information should be moved off into the individual character pages and reference them through the current character template and category. --Masem 23:11, 12 June 2007 (UTC) YO!

Bad news: Sucker Punch makes a game named "Infamous" exclusively for PS3. If there will be a Sly 4, however, i hope it will come on PSP or PS2. i only have both of them and a Xbox 360.--80.123.25.61 19:40, 29 August 2007 (UTC)

If it said August 25, 2000 on the postcard Sly sent Carmelita then Sly 1 is set in 1997 and Sly 2 is set in 1999. {172.141.116.15 08:31, 30 September 2007 (UTC)}

On that particular postcard It says 'August 25th-2005-' If you look carefully, this means that Sly 2 would probably have been set in 04 ( 03, bare possibility) and no.one in 2002, Carmelita also mentions (In sly one)that she had been chasing him for years... kjl (talk) 05:52, 24 February 2009 (UTC)

Sly is left handed

Fan Box
