"Regular" Joe
[edit]I can't verify that a ham Joe is a "regular Joe" for two of the three delis mentioned:
- Millburn Removed
- Mr. J's Verified
- The Gourmet Removed
I have updated the article accordingly. Ibadibam (talk) 23:42, 3 August 2015 (UTC)
This needs its own article?
[edit]So it's basically a half-ass reuben.... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.129.179.86 (talk) 15:20, 18 March 2016 (UTC)
- It's a cold sandwich with three slices of bread and any number of meats. A reuben is a hot sandwich with two slices of bread, and only pastrami, or occasionally corned beef or turkey. The Millburn Deli looks like it has both joes and reubens on their menu. Ibadibam (talk) 19:00, 18 March 2016 (UTC)
Glide Magazine sources
[edit]I removed a Glide Magazine source that appears to have been stripped of its content by the publisher, and for which I can't locate an archived version. If they fix their issues on their end, we may be able to reincorporate them:
- http://www.glidemagazine.com/142793/f4tf-town-hall-sloppy-joes-rule-all/
Granted, they're essentially blogposts, so not that great as far as sources go, but they're about as good as we can usually find for this topic. Ibadibam (talk) 23:51, 1 July 2016 (UTC)
