Image

Lets resolve the issue with the infobox image, @NadaM1972, Niki2023, Prometej42, Kurijaci, and Soba23:. The image that you have all added (File:Ministar-cvetkovic.jpg) is copyrighted, this is the work of government of Serbia and in order to stay on the Commons a special permission is needed. Images of Jelena Begović (see permission here) and Miloš Vučević (see permission here) have this permission for example. I have already told some of you what to do on my talk page but the image still remains unlicensed.

We need a VRT license from the ministry for the image to stay on Commons. Considering that you are not the author (copyright holder), you should follow the steps here: Commons:Volunteer Response Team#If you are NOT the copyright holder

If this issue remains unresolved (the government portrait remains VRT unlicensed), I will reinstate the original image (File:Slobodan Cvetković (cropped).jpg) into the article in a week. Vacant0 (talk) 19:30, 7 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The picture posted by "Vacant0" is a picture from the fair published in "https://taktinfo.rs/2023/09/06/slobodan-cvetkovic-novi-ministar-privrede-srbije/" which was also taken without permission, only technically processed. The image should be removed until approval is received for the appropriate one Kurijaci (talk) 19:47, 7 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The author of the image is Medija centar (http://arhiva.mc.rs/fotografija-slobodan-cvetkovic.1966.html?photoId=47526), not taktinfo.rs. Unlike the Government of Serbia, Medija centar has already issued a permission for their photos, hundreds of which are available on Commons. Vacant0 (talk) 19:50, 7 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
