The result of the move request was: moved. Per consensus. (closed by non-admin page mover) – robertsky (talk) 01:58, 24 December 2023 (UTC)
- The Slave Girl → Slave Girl
- The Slave Girl (film) → The Slave Girl (1915 film)
- Slave Girl (film) → Slave Girl (1947 film)
- The Slave Girl (novel) → The Slave Girl (1977 novel)
– Among the six disambiguation page entries, three do not contain "The", thus the page's main title header should not use "The". As for titles of the films and the novels, WP:SMALLDIFFERENCES notwithstanding, the presence and/or absence of "The" seems insufficient to distinguish among them. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 16:55, 16 December 2023 (UTC)
- Note: pages that are redirects, such as Slave Girl (novel), are ineligible to be current titles in move requests. The redirect has been removed to meet that requirement. P.I. Ellsworth , ed. put'er there 12:23, 17 December 2023 (UTC)
- Support per nom but note that Slave Girl (novel) is a redirect but the redirect could be moved and the old title tergeted to the DAB. Crouch, Swale (talk) 17:27, 16 December 2023 (UTC)
- That's right, it should be noted that Slave Girl (2007 novel) is the British title of the 2005 Australian historical novel They Came on Viking Ships. —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 17:58, 16 December 2023 (UTC)
- Support 1, Oppose all others "The" is sufficient disambiguation in cases like these; unnecessary disambiguation is to be avoided. 162 etc. (talk) 19:55, 16 December 2023 (UTC)
- Support all per nom. Unambiguity is always the way to go. Dogma does our users no services whatsoever. -- Necrothesp (talk) 14:29, 19 December 2023 (UTC)
- Support all per nom. Exactly unambiguity is always the way to go. ambiguity does our users no services. as Necrothesp says In ictu oculi (talk) 17:12, 20 December 2023 (UTC)

[edit]@Robertsky: Since the consensus decided that they are ambiguous titles, Slave Girl (film), The Slave Girl (film), Slave Girl (novel), and The Slave Girl (novel) should all be redirected here, with links updated. 162 etc. (talk) 18:57, 24 December 2023 (UTC)
