NPOV and quality issues
[edit]It should not be necessary to list every record for every season for every sport, and this article is quite obviously not written from a neutral point of view ("the basketball team is great"). It needs significant revision. --coolbho3000 (talk) 19:25, 10 December 2010 (UTC)
- Definitely needs some work, but revisions should be pretty straightforward:
- The excessively detailed magnet program section can be summarized in a few sentences (and much of the current text was plagiarized from here[1] anyway, necessitating cleanup/removal).
- Sports teams can be simplified to a list of sports and activities offered, as per the notability guidelines for school articles - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Schools/Article_guidelines.
- Among other things, there should not be mention of non-notable individuals or sports results; the article as currently written contains boosterism. State championships are an example of a notable sports team accomplishment.
- Some basic information on the building could be added from http://www.grangerconstruction.com/Portfolio/annarborhigh/index.htm - the building cost $70 million and is LEED-NC Silver certified. Greenth (talk) 19:09, 17 February 2011 (UTC)
Page revamp
[edit]I am a tenth grade student here and I am currently revamping this article in my sandbox page. The new page is being based off of the featured article Amador Valley High School. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Shahin21 (talk • contribs) 22:07, 10 April 2013 (UTC)
How many high schools?
[edit]The article says "the two existing high schools" which implicitly denies the existence of Community High. Jar354 (talk) 21:14, 25 July 2020 (UTC)
