External link and style
[edit]I removed the external link to the official site in the discography section as it is repeated (as I feel it should) at the bottom of the page. I would also invite anyone to rewrite this page as it reads very self-promoting.--Kalpha 00:35, 4 June 2006 (UTC)
The New Album
[edit]I've added information about Skazi's new release - Total Anarchy. It will be good if somebody gives an information about the record company that released this album. Thanx to all. Mashkins. 06/29/06
Happy Hardcore?
[edit]"Skazi isAsher Swissa Israel. They have been producing trance music, mostly happy hardcore, since 1998." This one was funny, I've been changed it.--TaZaR 21:01, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
Ridiculous...
[edit]This biography is just self-promotion all the way. I've been listening to trance (including a lot of psy-trance) for years, and I only recently heard about this dude/duo! ""Animal" ... considered revolutionary", "dramatically exploded in the worldwide trance scene"...bullshit.
- Anecdotal evidence works both ways. Just because you haven't heard of them doesn't mean no-one has.
And how about this one: "released more than a hundred tracks in over forty albums & compilations"? Skazi doesn't even have nearly a hundred tracks!
- Prove it. I've got one here that I cannot find any proper evidence for online, yet it exists, and it is one of theirs. There may be 101 others like it. It's what led to me ending up here, in fact, trying to track down what album/single/whatever it was on. It's probably a whitelabel of some kind. Dance acts chuck these things out to DJs all the damn time.
"Australia has embraced the Skazi phenomenon further, with a local tribute act named "Skuzi" appearing at many parties and festivals dressed in authentic Skazi wig, carrying a guitar and often flanked by groupies and firecrackers." - this one seems like a joke to me.
- Probably, but who knows? Much, much wierder things have happened.
"Skazi has performed at more than 1000 parties in the last 6 years." - uhh.. there's only 365 days in a year, and they HAVE done something else besides attending parties every second day. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.193.1.240 (talk) 15:18, 3 January 2008 (UTC)
- You can go to more than one party in a day. They may have had a block of doing 2 or 3 appearances a day then some time off. If you're just doing an hour's set, some of them in the daytime, it's possible. Compared to the gruelling schedules of bands and comedians in the 50s and 60s, that's nothing. Or perhaps it was supposed to be 100, and was just a slip of the finger. 77.102.101.220 (talk) 01:48, 21 March 2011 (UTC)
