It is free of charge, available on the website of the World Health Organization (and a number of Ministries of Health and universities). Maybe you meant that my style is not good enough, or that there are mistakes in content (I personally am aware of none). A third possibility is that you meant that I did not discuss the advantage and disadvantages of the Sisterhood Method, compared with RAMOS, analysis of census records respectively medical/death certificates. Would such a comparison be an advantage? As I tried to underline in the article, «all of these methods are not totally precise», and the biggest obstacle to understanding the global impact of maternal deaths is the lack of internationally standardised documentation of maternal deaths.
