Merge

A colleague said, in starting the cleanup of the accompanying article a couple of weeks ago,

Disambiguation page style repair: you can help!, tag for cleanup for possible merge

just after having tagged SIS. I support the proposal, and am ready to proceed, specifically by

1. merging the content of SIS onto page Sis as a "SIS" section (with SIS's sections subordinated to it as subsections)
2. using on SIS the markup
