The 'no honorifics' is usually used in justification of the move to 'William Cope, 2nd Baronet', but this is erroneous here. The relevant part governing the naming conventions for baronets is Wikipedia:Naming conventions (royalty and nobility)#British nobility, #3. "A baronet should never be referred to with the title but without "Sir" preceding (e.g. do not use "William Williams, 2nd Baronet, of Clapton")."
