[edit]According to Brewer (Dictionary of Phrase and Fable, E. Cobham Brewer, 1894) he was from Bentley: " Worcester College (Oxford), founded by Sir Thomas Cookes, of Bentley, Worcestershire. Created a baronet by Charles II." Rich Farmbrough, 21:13, 4 August 2009 (UTC).
