Question from article
[edit]"Was he a member of Parliament? Was he a member of the Council of Lloyd’s? Is he an accountant?" [moved to talk page from article; originally posted by Kittybrewster] Kafziel Talk 13:40, 1 November 2006 (UTC)
- I can find no record of him as an MP .... but a Google search threw up some business info on him at http://www.foreignandcolonial.com/aboutus.asp?pageId=1.2 :

- The PDF at http://www.mgi-ltd.co.uk/MGI%20proposed%20Scheme.pdf suggests that he was a Lloyd's name, although I am not quite that I am interpreting it correctly:
- Jonathan Ling, and subsequently, Robin West, represented Lloyd's Names who were holders of Personal Stop Loss ("PSL") policies on the Committee. Mr West resigned from the Committee in April 1999 and since then the Joint Provisional Liquidators have had extensive communications with the PSL Policyholders Association, its chairman, Sir Michael Bunbury Bt, and its lawyers.
- Hope this helps. --BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 13:54, 1 November 2006 (UTC)
