Singapore Cable Car is a bi-cable gondola lift, not an aerial tramway
[edit]Although the operators refer to it as a cable car, and the article previously linked to aerial tramway, the pictures and text description make it very obvious that this is a bi-cable gondola lift. Gondola lifts are often erroneously referred to as cable cars, and vice versa also. Anyway, I'm revising the article to correct the usage, so that it conforms with the usage in the articles about the lifts. --Seattle Skier (talk) 18:28, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
- Hi, your link was broken so I fixed the syntax - it now links directly to aerial tramway again. Please correct again if you need to, and be sure to use the "Preview" button to make sure the link works as you intend, before submitting. Jpp42 09:22, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
Not first to span a harbour
[edit]The aerial tramway across the harbour in Barcelona stopping at Torre Jaume I was built in 1931. --AHert (talk) 20:28, 21 January 2010 (UTC)
