"due to the apartheid policy, it did not establish diplomatic relations with South Africa until 1992" - Both countries practiced Apartheid, due to whose Apartheid policy this didn't happen? Also wasn't that non-establishment of diplomatic relations, due to other reasons, since I don't think the refusal came from the South African side, neither was it desired by Singapore. --105.12.6.61 (talk) 14:05, 31 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
