Not an Australian citizen
[edit]It would probably surprise most people who know of Simon Currant that he is not an Australian citizen. His appointment as a Member of the Order of Australia is an honorary appointment. These are for non-Australians, while Australians get substantive awards.
Given this fact, it would be good to get some info about his non-Australian background. Google has been very unhelpful for me on this score. -- Jack of Oz [your turn] 01:02, 29 January 2011 (UTC)
