Copyright concerns

This article was tagged as a potential copyright problem on 12/20/2009. Investigation on 12/30/2009 revealed that the bulk of the content was an extensive quotation from [1]. Unfortunately, extensive quotations are problematic under Wikipedia's copyright policies, which permit the use of copyrighted materials only in accordance with non-free content policy and guideline.
