Move back to Wálter Machado da Silva

@Ortizesp: @Nnadigoodluck: Hard disagree on Silva Batuta being the WP:COMMONNAME. If anything's it's a split. Many wikis use Wálter Machado da Silva, most notably the Espanol and Portuguese wikis, the languages of the two countries he is most notable in. I firmly believe the revert of the re-name is incorrect and must be amended to reflect his real name. Rusted AutoParts 21:00, 3 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
