Would someone be willing to provide some guidance on reducing the "advertising" nature of the article so that the notification can be removed? I have noted there are a couple of awards which should be documented with references and I will research those but I'm not really sure what else could be adjusted. Some specific examples of things considered "advertise-y" language and alternative phrasings would be greatly appreciated. Also, the notice suggests "removing any inappropriate external links" but according to the external links Wikipedia page a link to the website of the article subject is appropriate and that is the only external link on the page that I noticed. Again, some guidance would be greatly appreciated. This was my first article and I just want to get it right.PVadear (talk) 02:56, 21 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
