Mestis?

This article describes Signares as "Mestis" women, with link to the article Mestis. Based on this, and with no more information than given in the single sentence, I, the uninformed reader, must conclude that "Signares" are a team of African women that play women's ice hockey in Finland, and based on the image, have been doing so for over a century.
